Park House on Main: Branding and a Connected Rental Website

September 28, 2026 by Kolten Craft Leave a Comment

Park House on Main logo

Park House on Main brought the brand and the website to us together. We created the logo, colors, typography, and WordPress site, then connected the rental listings to the client’s existing software.

At a glance

  • Client: Park House on Main in Parkville, Missouri.
  • Our role: Branding, website design, WordPress development, and rental-platform integration.
  • Build approach: Our theme package, extended with substantial custom work.
  • Engagement: We worked directly with the client.

One visual direction, from the logo to the website

Because we handled the branding as well as the website, we could carry the same visual direction through the logo, color palette, typography, and page layouts. The identity and the property presentation were designed together.

The visuals are one of the parts of this project we are proudest of. The aim was to give the rental business a distinctive presence while keeping the site useful for someone exploring a place to stay.

A reusable foundation with project-specific work

The website began with our theme package. We then added substantial custom design and development for this project. A familiar foundation gave us a starting point; the brand and rental integration shaped the finished site.

For a small business or an agency planning a similar build, the useful distinction is between the foundation and the requirements. A project can start with a reusable theme and still need thoughtful custom work to fit the business.

Rental listings connected through an API

We integrated third-party rental software so property listings are pulled into the website through an API instead of being entered individually in WordPress. The website brings the branded presentation and property browsing together, with booking links continuing to the external booking service.

That division of responsibilities matters: the website presents the business and its properties, while the connected rental platform supplies the listings. The integration was part of our implementation work.

What we delivered

  • A logo and visual identity, including colors and typography.
  • A WordPress website built from our theme package with substantial custom work.
  • An API connection that brings rental listings into the website.
  • A property-browsing experience connected to the booking destination.
